In conjunction with Jeremy Salmon Architects and structural engineer Mani Salmon, this project at Point Lookout on North Stradbroke Island saw RESERVE manage the subdivision of two houses on a very steep sandy block at Cylinder Beach.
RESERVE coordinated the separation of services and installation of a second septic tank. We renovated the external walls and roof of the two existing houses and constructed a dividing firewall. Additional works also included an architect designed ply screening fence with outdoor shower, paved courtyard, extensive block retaining walls, formed concrete steps and local stone paving.
